You must provide accurate information, maintain account security, and keep your credentials confidential.
You are responsible for all activity under your account, including profile updates, inquiries, offers, and communications.
3. Platform Nature and Role Clarification
ExpertRow is a marketplace platform that helps users discover professionals and manage request or inquiry flows.
ExpertRow is not a direct provider of professional services listed by independent professionals.
4. Conduct and Prohibited Use
You must not use the platform for unlawful, misleading, abusive, or fraudulent activity. This includes impersonation, harassment, spam, and attempts to compromise platform security.
We may suspend or remove content or accounts that violate these terms or create risk to users or the platform.
5. Requests, Inquiries, Offers, and Payments
Platform communication, offer creation, and order/payment flows are governed by available product features and operational policies.
Professionals are responsible for service delivery quality, timelines, and representations made in their profiles or messages.
6. Moderation, Disputes, and Termination
ExpertRow may investigate reports, moderate content, and enforce account actions where needed for safety, compliance, and trust.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for severe or repeated violations.
7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, accuracy of all third-party content, or outcomes of independent service engagements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ExpertRow is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from platform use.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms are subject to the competent courts of Sri Lanka.
9. Changes and Contact
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
